PERUUTUSEHDOT

Turnaus

• Joukkueen osallistuminen on mahdollista peruuttaa turnauksen viimeiseen ilmoittautumispäivään asti. Tämän jälkeen tehdyistä peruutuksista osallistumismaksua ei palauteta.
• Mikäli turnauksessa on osallistuja-/turnauspasseja on näiden määrää mahdollista muuttaa turnauksen viimeiseen ilmoittautumispäivään asti. Tämän jälkeen osallistuja-/turnauspassien määrää ei voi enää vähentää, mutta lisäpassien ostaminen paikan päältä turnauksessa on mahdollista. Paikan päällä ostettavien osallistuja-/turnauspassien hinta ilmoitetaan turnauksen verkkosivuilla.
• Järjestäjällä on oikeus yhdistellä sarjoja, jos ilmoittautuneiden joukkueiden määrä on alle 6 joukkuetta.
• Mikäli järjestäjä joutuu perumaan turnauksen/tapahtuman/sarjan vähäisen osallistujamäärän, muun yllättävän esteen, tai viranomaisten määräysten vuoksi, palautetaan joukkueen jo suorittamat maksut joukkueelle kokonaisuudessaan.

Majoituspassit (koskee turnauksia, joissa majoituspassit käytössä)

• Majoituspassien määrää on mahdollista muuttaa veloituksetta 45 vuorokautta ennen turnauksen alkua. Tämän jälkeen majoituspassin voi perua lääkärintodistusta vastaan 30 vuorokautta ennen turnauksen alkua. Tämän jälkeen muutokset majoituspasseihin eivät ole enää mahdollisia.

Turnausruokailu

• Ruokailujen määrää on mahdollista muuttaa veloituksetta 21 vuorokautta ennen turnauksen alkua. Tämän jälkeen muutoksia ruokailuihin ei voi enää tehdä.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Tournament

• It is possible to cancel the participation of the team until the last day of registration for the tournament. For cancellations made after this, the participation fee will not be refunded.
• If there are participant/tournament passes in the tournament, it is possible to change their number until the last registration day of the tournament. After this, the number of participant/tournament passes cannot be reduced anymore, but it is possible to buy additional passes on the spot at the tournament. The price of participant/tournament passes that can be purchased on the spot is announced on the tournament’s website.
• The organizer has the right to combine series if the number of registered teams is less than 6 teams.
• If the organizer has to cancel the tournament/event/series due to the low number of participants, other unexpected obstacles, or the regulations of the authorities, the payments already made by the team will be returned to the team in full.

Accommodation passes (applies to tournaments where accommodation passes are used)

• It is possible to change the number of accommodation passes free of charge 45 days before the start of the tournament. After this, the accommodation pass can be canceled against a medical certificate 30 days before the start of the tournament. After this, changes to accommodation passes are no longer possible.

Tournament catering

• It is possible to change the number of meals free of charge 21 days before the start of the tournament. After this, changes to meals can no longer be made.
